I started Kindergarten in Idalou, Texas where I also graduated from High School.  I then attended Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas where I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Psychology. 

 

Biographical Information
 

I grew up in a small town in west Texas, Idalou.  Both of my parents are life long educators.  My mother has taught many subjects, been a Principal, Counselor, and is now the District Testing Coordinator.  My father has also taught many subjects, coached many sports, was an assistant Principal for many years, and is now the Athletic Director.  I also have one amazing daughter!
