Gradebook Parent Access Information
Wilson ISD is pleased to notify you that you are now able to stay informed about your child's attendance and grades through the Parent Portal on TXConnect. To access the site, please click on the following link: Parent Portal TxConnect. Once you are at this site you can register as a new user. The student IDs are assigned randomly by the system. Please contact the Principal for your student's portal ID.
On any page in TXConnect, you may display Help for a page by clicking Help in the upper-right corner of the page. To close the Help pop-up box, click Hide Help. We will also include a step-by-step manual on our school web-site at http://wilson.esc17.net then look for the TXConnect link. If you become locked out, please contact the school.
One hopefully helpful hint based on our experience using this system at school is to choose a username and password that you can remember. WARNING - If you have three (3) unsuccessful attempts logging on (invalid user ID/password combinations), the system will lock out that account and you will need to contact the school to have your account reset.
The site also allows you to set parameters for when you would like to be notified by the system via email. For instance, if your child receives a failing grade you can be sent an email notifying you of that or if they have more then three absences, etc. It allows you to decide when you wish to be contacted.

Procedures for Reporting Allegations of Bullying
Wilson ISD
The district prohibits bullying on school property, at school-sponsored or school-related activities, or in any vehicle operated by the district. Bullying may be verbal or written expression or expression through electronic means, or physical conduct. Bullying is not tolerated by the district and any student or parent of a student who believes that the student or another student has experienced bullying or that a student has engaged in bullying is encouraged to immediately report the incident. Retaliation against anyone involved in the complaint process is a violation of district policy and is prohibited.
Students or parents may report an alleged incident of bullying, orally or in writing, to a teacher, counselor, principal or other district employee. Students or parents may contact the district to obtain an incident report form that may be used to submit the complaint.
Please note that after submission of the complaint to the district employee, the district may assign the complaint to a campus administrator to follow up on the submitted complaint and any other important matters pertaining to the complaint. We encourage you to communicate with your designated campus administrator during this time.
More information about the district’s bullying policy can be found at Policy Online or the campus administration office.
